Howl Engineering Ltd receives and handles enquiries sent through the HESYS website. Contact: info@howlengineering.com.

What the form sends

Your name, email address, optional company, selected product and message are emailed to our business inbox so our team can consider and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include confidential attachments or sensitive personal information.

Delivery and abuse prevention

Microsoft Azure processes the form and sends the email. The website does not maintain a separate database of enquiry messages. Limited technical records, including a random submission reference, time and keyed hashes of contact/network identifiers, help prevent duplicate submissions and excessive sending. These temporary records are scheduled for deletion after two days. Standard service logs may also record requests.

Use and retention

Submitting a question does not subscribe you to marketing. Correspondence remains in Howl Engineering’s business email system for handling the enquiry and any resulting work. Contact us to discuss access, correction or deletion of your information.
