Site photos
Original PNG/JPEG photos, up to 10 MB each. Originals may contain location or camera metadata. Capture time on website uploads uses the file's modified time; check the original when it matters.
Daily reports
Write / edit a daily report
Save draft while working. Submit creates a fixed record; corrections require a new report. This website needs a connection to save; unsaved input is only held in this open page.
Saved questions & answers
New questions and supported answers are saved for assigned project members, including the author and source references. AI answers remain drafts and are not engineering approval.

Answers from the document revisions your project owner selects, with page references to check.
Processing sends a document to Microsoft Azure OCR. Questions and relevant extracts go to the configured Azure AI model. New questions and answers are saved to this project and shared with its assigned members. Only the first 50 pages of each processed file are included. This is a document assistant, not engineering approval.
Documents used by the assistant
Process files, then select the intended revisions. A new upload does not automatically replace a selected revision. Withdraw obsolete documents when appropriate. Pilot limits: 15 processing starts and 50 questions per project per UTC day, subject to shared service limits. Processing is usage-billed to HESYS.
SITE LOCATION & PLANS
Locate the site. Keep the plan close.
Loading the map contacts OpenStreetMap and shares your network address and the area viewed. Site plans and client names are not sent. For a confidential location, use the private plan upload and coordinate fields instead.
The site pin is an approximate project reference, not a surveyed boundary. Uploaded site plans are separate files and are not automatically aligned to the map.

Programmes, forms & other documents
PDF, PNG or JPEG · 10 MB per document. Each upload is a separate version, not an approval. Automatic malware scanning is not enabled in this pilot; follow your organisation’s checking procedures.
Project members
Members need active Inspect access and must have signed in once. Owners manage membership; editors upload and withdraw documents; viewers download. Account IDs are shown in each person’s client portal.
